Sunday was our annual neighborhood Egg Hunt and Egg Drop contest...

 The Egg Hunt was over in a flash like it is every year....I'm always reminded of a hoard of locusts as the kids disperse :)

This year the Egg Drop parachute addition was quite involved...the construction of said parachute took both Sanford AND Connor a good 45 minutes and involved me digging out tape, twine, a garden sized trash bag, and 8 plastic bread ties...

Mr. Darren stood on a ladder in the bed of his truck and elevated the entries with a special pole to get maximum height for dropping...

The parachute deployed beautifully...

Connor did the HaPPy dance when he won! :)
